Jody Sturtze lived and worked in Houston, Texas for over 25 years and has a strong background in Executive Administrative Assistance and Contract Management. She was fortunate to have the opportunity to live and travel around the US for two years in a recreational vehicle after leaving Houston.

During her lifetime, and especially in the two years she spent on the road traveling, Jody has always been interested in the real estate market. What people buy and sell, where and for how much are very interesting factors to her. She loved looking at the various real estate markets around the US and considered several different locations before settling here on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast.

 After successful completion of the real estate licensing course, Jody hung her license in the Emerald Coast Realty office in Seal Rock for several years before transferring to the Company's Yachats office Summer 2022.
