Lisa Morrigan

Lisa comes from a family of real estate professionals.  Following in her father's footsteps, Lisa has developed a strong client based business in real estate and has been practicing real estate on the Oregon Coast since 2001.  Lisa is a firm believer that selling real estate is providing clients a personalized service to find the property that fulfills their dreams.

Growing up in Texas, she learned the development aspect of real estate from concept to completion from her father.  Lisa has experience in sales of homes in coastal communities including Southshore, Bella Beach, Belhaven, Wilder Newport and Salishan.  She understands the value of home is not just in the house itself but is enhanced by the surrounding environment.

Lisa became attracted to the Central Oregon Coast upon her search for a community to raise her family. She understands and connects to people who are looking to re-locate to the Coast or for that perfect vacation or investment home.

Her oldest son, Tony, is the owner of NW Tree Maintenance business. Alex, the youngest, is a Tile and Concrete contractor and both are frequently assisted by brother, Chris.  Tony is an avid surfer and knows the best places for surfing of all skill levels.  Alex and wife Kaya also own and operate the Café Cie La Vie in Bella Beach and they invite you to enjoy their crepes and coffee.
