Rheychol Paris moved from Hawaii to Eugene, Oregon in 1985, went into the business of real estate in 1987 and purchased her first home in Yachats while still living in Eugene in 1990. Once she discovered the coast here in Oregon, it took her a decade to finally call Yachats her permanent home.

Rheychol has lived up the South Fork of the Yachats River anbd on the ocean; building and remodeling, reforesting and loving life in this part of the world.

Over the years, Rheychol has been in and out of being an active Realtor with a Principal Broker's license and has chosen Emerald Coast Realty because of the quality of the people involved with the company and the "Real Estate as a Service" dynamic that motivates them.

Rheychol's experience has been varied from residential to country property, from high end homes to working with investors, who wish to save and restore at-risk properties. One of her passions is in the building, saving and refurbishment of homes and land.

Shelter is important and purchasing and selling homes and land has gotten more complicated over time. Rheychol's goal, as she re-entered real estate, was to assist in this process, making it as simple as possible, and helping those in need of her services manifest their dreams.
